Our Chop Shop is a very popular choice for those that want to remove wastage and significantly speed up the lead time for delivery to the end customer. Chop orders also save on freight costs and free up storage space. We mitre cut moulding to your size specification. You will receive four mitred pieces, ready to join on your underpinner.

Here is some information about your chop measurement ordering options.

• "Add 2mm Tolerance": we will add 2mm to the size you specify.

• "Exact": we will cut to the exact size you specify.

• "Outside Exact": we will cut to the outside edge of the profile, exact.

• All stretcher bar profiles are cut to the outside edge, exact.

JOINING SERVICE

Let us do all the hard work for you! For those customers who can collect from our Onehunga location, we offer a joining service. Frames are cut to your specifications, glued, and joined. All frames are then touched up before they are finished to ensure the highest level of quality.

Moulding Samples 

We stock over 700 moulding choices.  Samples of our moulding references are available.  For non account holders, you can easily acquire a sample by visiting your local framer accompanied with the moulding code.

Moulding Wall Covering & Displays 

For a sophisticated sample wall, we recommend using a quality sample board fabric.  We stock black 1.4m wide fabric which is a popular choice.  We can assist you with your display and provide you with ideas on inspirational wall layouts.

Matboard Samples and Caddies 

We supply framer's with full sets of Matboard samples and space saving counter caddies. There are over 1000 matboard references available in various colours, grades and sizes by leading brands Crescent and Peterboro.
